We understand that unexpected needs can arise. If you're an active member of a CSAVE pot, you may be eligible to request emergency funds or early withdrawals based on your pot rules.
Type of Request Funds

Emergency Support
For urgent needs such as medical, family, school-related emergencies, or basic living expenses.

Early Goal Withdrawal
If you’re ahead of schedule on your goal and need early access to part of your pot balance.

Boosted Borrow Option
Short-term borrowing with a commitment to replenish within 60 days (subject to approval and availability).

To keep our youth safe and supported, anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian’s permission to join CSAVE.

Frequently asked questions
Who is eligible to request funds from a Boost Pot?
Only active CSAVE members who have consistently contributed to their savings pot for at least 2 full months are eligible to request funds.
How much money can I request?
The amount you can request depends on:

The total balance in your Boost Pot

What happens if my request is declined?
If your request is not approved:

You’ll receive a clear reason via email
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• You may cancel your plan at any time to stop future charges.
• No refunds or credit will be issued for missed or unused time.
• Any saved balance stays active in your account and may still be eligible for Boost Pot or borrow requests (if qualified).
• If you miss a week, you may catch up using a one-time payment link.
• Csave does not issue refunds for Boost Pot entries, missed drawings, or voluntary withdrawals.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes! You can submit an Upgrade Form at any time. Your new plan amount (plus any catch-up if needed) will be processed as a one-time Square payment.
When can I borrow??
After saving for at least 90 days, you can submit a Borrow Request Form. Manual review is required, and approval is based on your plan and contribution history. Higher plans may qualify faster
Are there any QuickBooks Fees?
Yes. To ensure Csave receives your full savings amount, a small processing fee (2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction) is added to your payment. For example:
• If your savings target is $7/day, the payment link may show approximately $7.52 to cover the fee.
